How are you?  Hope you had a great July Fourth.  I just want to let you know that State Farm finally agreed with your appraisal and already compensated for the diminished value of my Z4.  Thank you much for all your professional work and great advice and service.  If you ever have anyone sitting on the fence wondering if they should choose you/Speciaty Auto Appraiser over another appraiser, please feel free to use this email as a testimony, or have them call me...I'll spread good words about you and your work.  I'm glad I found you.

I had worked with you about a year and a half ago on my wife's car.  At that time I had hired another company to do a diminished valuation appraisal for me and you had done the one for AAA.  I was much more impressed with the service you provided.  Anyhow, I was just recently rear ended (last week) and have since received a quote for my car to be repaired and the quote is $13.5K.  I drive a 2007 Mercedes CLK 550, which was in near mint condition and had approx. 30k miles on it.  My concern was about frame damage, but they said that this car has a "uni body" construction, and therefore doesn't have a frame.  Do you think that there would be any diminished value from this incident with the limited info I've provided?  If you think there is a strong case for this, then I would like to discuss hiring you for an appraisal.  Ryan.

Greg -  I received your e-mail and submitted it on Friday to the insurance company.  I received a phone call today saying that they agree with the claim and they are sending me a check in the full amount.  Thank you again for your assistance. Ryan.
